How to Rent Equipment
- Browse and Search: Visit our website to explore our catalog or use the search widget to find the equipment you need.
- Select a Product: Click on the product you’re interested in to view its description and specs on the product page.
- Rent Now: Click the “Rent Now” button. You’ll be redirected to our WhatsApp number where you can ask about the order and pricing directly.
Important Information
- Delivery: We do not offer delivery or shipping services for individual rentals. Delivery is available only for corporate clients and bulk orders.
- Rental Hours: Our rental products are available from 8 AM to 8 PM. Please return the equipment before 8 AM the next day to avoid additional charges. Returning after 8 AM will incur charges for the additional day due to our 8 to 8 cycle.

- What documents are needed to rent equipment? You need a valid ID (like Aadhaar, PAN card, or passport), address proof, and for high-value rentals, we may also require a refundable security deposit.
- How long can I rent equipment? You can rent equipment for as long as you need—whether it’s a day, a week, or more.
- What if the equipment is damaged during the rental? Notify us immediately. Depending on the damage, charges may apply for repairs or replacement.
- Can I extend my rental period? Yes, you can extend your rental if the equipment isn’t booked by someone else. Contact us to arrange this.
- How do I return the equipment? Return the equipment by bringing it to our office or arranging a pickup. Ensure it’s in the same condition as when you received it.
- What if I’m late returning the equipment? Late returns might lead to extra charges. Contact us if you’re going to be late so we can find a solution.
- Is there a minimum rental period? Usually, our minimum rental period is one day. Some items might have different terms, so check the product details.
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Payments are secure and can be done online.
- Can I cancel my rental? Yes, you can cancel, but there may be a fee if you cancel within 24 hours of the rental start time. Check our cancellation policy for details.
- How do I track my order? Log into your account and check the “My Orders” section. We’ll also send you email updates about your order.
